When your token lands on a property in a finished hotel colour group, the wheel normally gives one spin; during the boost, it gives two. Build First, Roll Later
Many players focus on collecting cash and forget what actually triggers the wheel. Every property in one colour group needs a hotel. Still, the wheel will not activate just because the group is complete. Your token has to land on one of those properties. Passing over it does nothing.
Make the Extra Spin Count

If you have the cash, prepare a second or third group while the boost is active. Do not empty your account just to finish one more property, though. Do Not Confuse It With Sticker Boom
Color Wheel Boost gives you another chance at a wheel reward. Sticker Boom affects the number of stickers inside qualifying packs opened during its own active period. If both events overlap, the wheel may offer more opportunities to find a pack, while Sticker Boom can increase that pack's contents. The result still depends on the pack type and the terms shown in your game. A Wild Sticker is separate, since it lets you choose a missing sticker and is not enlarged by the pack event.
When the Wheel Seems Wrong
If you receive only one spin, check whether the boost was active at the exact moment you landed. Then inspect the group again. One missing hotel is enough to prevent the trigger, and the hotels vanish after a successful use. Two empty spins do not mean the feature failed; packs are only one possible reward. Keep a sensible dice limit, watch the timer, and stop when another landing is no longer worth the cost.
