Step-by-Step Guide to Finding Vorana
To get your shot at Vorana, you have to follow a specific sequence of events tied to the Kalguuran NPCs. You cannot skip ahead, so make sure you follow these steps in order:
Defeat Medved First: Your journey begins in the Ruins of Kingsmarch. Speak with Dannig and Makoru to push "The Grand Expedition" questline forward. You will need to use Makoru's Logbook to set sail across the Atlas islands and hunt down the first major boss, Medved, the Fallen Seer. Once you successfully defeat Medved, he will drop an essential quest item: Vorana's Logbook.
Activate the Logbook: Take the freshly looted Vorana's Logbook back to Kingsmarch and hand it over to Tujen. Handing it in permanently reveals a special set of high-tier islands on your Atlas. Keep in mind that these zones are controlled by the Black Scythe Mercenaries and typically require a Tier 11 or higher Waystone to access.
Locate the Map on Your Atlas: Open up your Atlas and look for the newly revealed, quest-marked island zone. The encounter you are looking for specifically triggers inside an Ocean biome layout called the Mournful Cliffside.
